Coaching and Convos is New Wine’s leaders network aimed at equipping church leaders and inspiring them to lead in increasingly fresh, Spirit-empowered Kingdom ways.
Some of New Wine’s best friends around the world are fantastic communicators, but behind that voice is a sharp insight and thoughtfulness. Our ah ha moment was when we realised that to gather our Aotearoa church leaders around these leaders is a true way of loving the church. Coaching & Convos is an invitation-only cohort for those in church leadership, consisting of a six-weekly Zoom commitment, in addition to a retreat and other opportunities to connect over meals throughout the year.

Coaching & Convos Retreat
Jesus often went away to quiet places to pray. It's not that a retreat filled with friends you've made during the year is necessarily 'quiet' but there is a sense of radical retreat from the fierce engagement we're called to as leaders. The Coaching & Convo year long journey includes a two night retreat which includes great convos, great coaching, great worship and ministry, and utterly superb food and friendship.
