CHURCH CULTURE / ATMOSPHERE Every church has a spiritual thermostat. Some are set such that church is cold and feels almost like a frosty environment. Some seem compelled to conserve precious resources and consequently feel drained, weary and marginally able to support life. Others feel safe, hospitable and generously welcoming. What is our culture like, how do we set it, how are we doing?
DEALING WITH CONFLICT AND WITH OTHERS Conflict - there is a lot of it about and as church leaders we face it often. Chris will explore what Jesus has to say to us about how we handle conflict through courageous conversations and some tools to enable us to do better. In this session Chris will also teach on how we become more Christlike leaders today.
