When you use our mobile application, as the case may be (the “App“) and more generally, use any of our services (the “Services“, which include the App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information.

In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible the information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. Please take time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We will not collect any of your personal information. This includes no collection of information regarding your mobile device or derivative data (i.e. your usage) of the app.

2. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

As we will not collect any of your personal information, we will not share your data. This includes no transferring, storage or processing your information in countries outside New Zealand.

3. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

4. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

We maintain the right to make changes to this privacy notice at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.

Such changes may include the collection of derivative data in order to help us improve the App, or changes to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We encourage you to review this privacy notice periodically to stay informed of any changes.
