The New Wine New Zealand trust board comprises of church and industry leaders from throughout the country.  The trustees meet twice annually to guide events and activities ensuring the New Wine vision and values are apparent through the work of New Wine.

A Leadership team meets regularly to cast vision for New Wine and to consider operational direction.  A Board of Reference feeds into the Leadership Team.
